Work Experience:

  1. Over 5 years of comprehensive human resources experience in a Malaysian company, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to compensation management.
  2. Experience is serving multinational or large companies is highly preferred.
  3. Management experience is desirable.

Professional Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business, management, human resources or other related fields.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in Malay
  • Proficient in English
  • Fluent in Chinese

Job Description:

  1. Implementation of HR System:
    • Assist in the implementation of Malaysia’s company human resources system.
    • Collaborate with headquarters to ensure alignment with global HR strategies.
  2. Compensation Management:
    • Take Charge of salary settlement process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
    • Oversee leave management, insurance-related matters, and other aspects of employee compensation.
  3. Recruitment:
    • Manage the recruitment process of the Malaysian office.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
