HRBP Lead

The HRBP Lead partners closely with managers to drive end-to-end people strategies across recruitment, compensation, performance, development, and engagement, while leading and developing the HRBP team. The role supports manpower planning, ensures culture-fit hiring, and leads salary review analytics and recommendations. It provides guidance on employee and industrial relations, including grievance handling, domestic inquiries, and collective bargaining preparation. The HRBP Lead strengthens performance management and succession linkage, identifies skills gaps, and recommends learning interventions aligned with business needs. Additionally, the role drives engagement and wellbeing initiatives, analyses survey insights, and supports safety-related reporting, absenteeism management, and medical leave analysis to foster a healthy, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
