Role Summary

  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels and creating a program of training materials to help employees advance and remain up-to-date with their skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Recruitment and Training and Development tasks and processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with the company policies and other legal requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.
  • Maintain overall documentation including preparing the Letter of Employment and other related letters.
  • To post job ads, screening candidates, candidate selection and interview arrangement, on boarding and to liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor, track, consolidate data and report hiring and headcount.
  • Prepare salary proposal and communicating with hiring manager.
  • Negotiate and communicate offer acceptance of new hires.
  • Organize, arrange, review and evaluate training conducted internally or externally.
  • Report the effectiveness of the training by analyzing the feedback from the trainee after each session and to suggest any plan for improvement to the Head of Department/Section Head.
  • Keep track the training cost, documentation of trainees’ attendance and to claim HRDF on time.
  • Liaise and coordinate with training provider, universities and technical institutions.
  • Send the training invitation to the participants, preparing the training room and others related to organizing the program.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the superior.
  • Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
  • Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.

Job Requirements / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Well verse with Employment Act 1955 and knowledge of other legal requirement.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in understand of processes and data integration.
  • Able to maintain high standard in ensuring confidentially, paying attention to details, accuracy and completeness.
  • At least 3 years and above relevant working experience.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple task and meet all deadlines.
