We’re looking for a HRIS Implementation Executive who will play a key role in managing Human Resource Information System (HRIS) implementation projects for our clients—ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of HRIS platforms.
This position is dual in nature: while your main role focuses on HRIS implementation, you will also be involved in payroll-related tasks when there are no active implementation projects.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Hybrid Work (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage HRIS implementation projects, from requirements gathering to client onboarding.
- Understand client HR needs and design tailored HRIS solutions.
- Configure, customize, and test HRIS based on client processes and policies.
- Manage data migration (mapping, extraction, validation).
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct client training sessions and create user manuals/documentation.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Assist in payroll operations (processing, compliance, reporting) when not engaged in HRIS onboarding projects.
- Diploma/Degree in HR/IT/Management field.
- 1–4 years of payroll experience, ideally in outsourcing, shared services, or multi-country payroll.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor law, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel; HRIS/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
