- Update daily attendance reports
- Handles the daily administrative and HR duties
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Coordinate foreign worker's work permit renewal/end contract/hostel management
- To handle disciplinary issues, workers counselling
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, preferably in the HR field
- SPM qualification
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
