What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for a range of roles and ensure Tisen attracts the best candidates.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Be the go-to person for resolving employee concerns, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.
  • HR Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals, performance objectives, and employee growth.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, set clear KPIs, and help employees achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and work with the team to develop training programs that help employees grow in their roles and careers.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed, keeping up-to-date with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Work Culture Champion: Promote Tisen’s values and create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform their best.


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior executive or assistant manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, recruitment, and performance management processes.
