  • Develop and administer various human resources plan and proceeds for the company.
  • Partner with other directors and head of department (HOD) to identify and create organization capabilities such as collaboration, culture / shared mindset, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Advises and assists hospitals Managing Director and leadership in application and interpretation of Human Resource policies, legal compliance, grievances, discipline, and all employment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance of Employment and Immigration Laws.
  • Ensures performance appraisal system is effective and annual reviews and merit increases and completed timely.
  • Monitors and coordinates preparation and updating job descriptions and position evaluations, identifying changes or inequities.
  • Diverse full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower planning, and sourcing, training and development, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, unions, and industrial relation (IR) and other related support services.
  • Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the HR Department. Participates in developing goals, objectives and systems with the Managing Director and recommend appropriate changes.
