Job Responsibility
- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
- Process payroll using InfoTech and ensure timely payroll completion
- Checking overtime claims and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
- Support clerical and documentation tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Assist in staff onboarding and record management.
- Handle day-to-day HR and admin coordination duties.
- Carry out recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication tasks.
- Includes responsibilities under the companyâs QMS and ABMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 37001).
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management
- At least 2 years of related working experience in the related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
