Objective
- To develop and implement comprehensive strategies for operator growth and reward systems, enhancing skillsets and recognizing top performers.
Main Tasks
Development Strategy for Operators:
- Assist in creating and executing development plans for operators.
- Coordinate exchange programs and cross-departmental learning initiatives.
- Develop succession plans for various positions (Operators, Senior Operator/Production Technician, Foreman, Shift Leader).Collaborate with HR to ensure readiness for next positions.
Reward Plan:
- Develop criteria for evaluating and selecting the best operators.
- Establish criteria for recognizing the best shift performers.
- Coordinate with teams to gather performance data.
- Determine the type and amount of prizes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Able to travel to site (no near public transportation near the FTZ).
- Preferably available for a 3-6 month internship.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to develop evaluation criteria
