Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) department.
  • Oversee the company's recruitment activities, including manpower planning, interview management, job advertisements, and communication across various media channels.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientations, promoting a positive attitude towards company goals.
  • Drive the employee performance review process, collaborating with managers to create development and succession plans to enhance team capabilities.
  • Analyze organizational capabilities and work closely with managers to develop effective structures and ways of working that align with business needs.
  • Manage the company’s compensation program, including annual salary reviews, bonus payments, incentive programs, and payroll administration.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and staff claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance on salary structures, external pay practices, and market benchmarking.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including insurance, leave management, and employee assistance programs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports requested by management and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and manage the HR operational budget.
  • Work closely with managers to assess employee training needs and conduct an annual analysis to determine training priorities.
  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, continually improving HR systems and processes.
  • Identifies legal requirements, government regulations, and industry best practices in HR, talent management, and employment law.
  • Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policies. Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee separations.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager role in the Human Resources department.
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
