Job Scopes:
- Manage the recruitment and selection of staff.
- Plan and conduct new employees orientation.
- Identify, manage training & development needs for employees.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Administer HR policies and procedures,
- Administer compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compensation & benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
- Administer employee discipline processes.
- Screening resumes and performing interviews.
- Finding the best candidates.
- Conduct exit interviews.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any field related.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay.
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.
- Hardworking, willing to learn & outgoing person.
- Required to have own transportation & driving license.
