Job Purpose:


Admin Assist reports to HR Manager with the following main tasks:

  • Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office.
  • Prepare and process payroll on timely basis
  • Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Duties

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment


Payroll Duties

  • Collect, verify, and process employee time and attendance records
  • Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
  • Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Update employee records and maintain accurate payroll data
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports


Experience & Skills

  • At least 4 years of similar experience
  • Must have attention to detail
