Human Resources Executive

Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong ethics and reliability

Responsibility

• Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing problems or grievances.
• Assist in routine Human Resources functions, preparing letters and documents
• Maintain office upkeep, environment, and supplies.
• Process payroll efficiently.
• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, onboarding, training, and interviews.
• Monitor employee progress, ensuring a positive and productive company culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in stress management and capable of making decisions under pressure.
• Attentive listener with empathy and personable demeanor.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
