  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager
  • Compile and update contractors/employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
  • Deal with contractors/employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, advances etc.); assist to calculate the contractors’ and workers’ salaries and related payroll matters.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates
  • Handle and resolve workers related problem such as Passport, Permits Issue, Socso, Workers Performance, safety, welfare, wellness and health
