- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager
- Compile and update contractors/employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with contractors/employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, advances etc.); assist to calculate the contractors’ and workers’ salaries and related payroll matters.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates
- Handle and resolve workers related problem such as Passport, Permits Issue, Socso, Workers Performance, safety, welfare, wellness and health
