- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Help organize and conduct new employee onboarding sessions.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in drafting HR-related documents, such as offer letters and policies.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR-related metrics.
- Collaborate on organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Gather feedback from employees to enhance workplace satisfaction.
