- Manage full-cycle recruitment — from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Prepare payroll data and assist in monthly salary disbursement.
- Track attendance, leave, and support HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and events.
- Handle employee concerns and support performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and team members.
- Organised, trustworthy, and good with people.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if familiar with HR systems).
