[Hybrid] Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that service timelines, quality, effectiveness and efficiency and continuously improved in the Client Accounting and Tax Services.
2. Assist and support the Client Accounting team in delivery of services to clients of TMF Group.
3. Ensure the services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with TMF policies and Internal Control requirements.
4. Part of the Client Accounting and Tax Services team to meet and exceed service standards expected through structured training and on the job coaching provided.
5. To backup, assist with and perform Client Accounting and Tax Services tasks.
6. Liaise with auditors, stakeholders and tax agents.

Key Requirements:

1. At least 3 years working in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Sound knowledge of international and local accounting principles and practices and financial reporting
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Good command of both spoken and written English
5. Demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
