Job Requirements
- Community Engagement: Be the friendly face of our community and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), actively interacting with members, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions that promote positivity and support.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of our motherhood community, including seeding, social media updates.
- Branding: Assisting team to create slides, crafting required design according to brand guidelines.Improving brand recognition and reputation, Analyzing market trends and competitors' methods, Setting brand standards, mission, and goals
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with broader brand strategies and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in community management, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
- Passion for Motherhood: You should have a genuine interest in supporting and empowering mothers in their journey through parenthood.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with community members effectively.
- Empathy and Patience: An empathetic and patient attitude will help you build trust and rapport within the community, especially during challenging or sensitive discussions.
- Organizational Abilities: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment is crucial.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using various social media platforms and community management tools is preferred.
- Language Requirement: English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
