How You’ll Make An Impact
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and report routing preventive maintenance and unplanned corrective maintenance of SPPA-T3000 DCS Control System at PCP Petronas Pengerang
- To be on-call support PCP Pengerang for any planned or unplanned corrective maintenance activities
- To plan resource, material, and equipment requirements and to control material consumption for the execution of service activities.
- Sets up and maintains service desk. and keep closer look at service desk problems and effectively resolve them. Diagnoses, clarifies, and resolves technical problems.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- To supervise and control service engineers and /or subcontractors engaged for the execution of service activities.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
- Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
- Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
- To provide full report on all activities carried out in relation to any reported incident and all the findings, root cause and solutions used, including, to follow up & close open cases with hotline/R&D in Germany if required
- A sound engineering degree in Instrument & Control, Electronic, I&C or equivalent
- 3 -5 years’ experience in DCS T3000 system under field of I&C oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant industries.
- Highly skilled professional who plan to be based in Pengerang Johor, Malaysia
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Good in soft skills especially communication skills in English
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
