Key Accountabilities

Role

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

To monitor and ensure timely billing of invoices with AOC team and posting of transactions on daily basis.

To ensure invoice submission sent on time and no missed out to avoid payment delay from customers.

To identify and resolve any client queries.

To push origin/relevant parties for on any unclear shipping term/rate/IC/hawb dispute.

To ensure 3rd party billing invoices raised within timeline and ensure admin destination credit received.

To ensure all folders are well kept for audit purpose with complete set document.

To proactively drive BD/KAM/Sales to provide clear billing SOP to meet billing KPI before shipment arrival KUL.

To clear the invoice dispute in customer portal/website to avoid payment delay.

Identify process/system improvement for future enhancements.
