Job Responsibility
- Handle incoming calls & inquiries from customers.
- Recommend suitable products/services to meet customer needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets & provide excellent customer experience.
- Update customer information & follow up on sales leads.
- SPM, Diploma or Degree welcome.
- Need have the call centre/BPO working experience.
- Can speak and read English fluent.
- Good communication & persuasive skills.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Able work as rotational shift job.
- Provided training.
- EPF & SOSCO.
- Annual leave & Medical leave.
- Allowance provided.
