Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via inbound call. live chat and email.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable digital products and services.
  • Build rapport with customers to provide excellent service and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using internal systems.
  • Work closely with team leaders to achieve sales targets and service KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • High school, diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift.
  • Wiling to relocate in Petaling Jaya Area.
  • Strong verbal communication in English and Malay, and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls.
