Job Responsibility

  • Handle Inbound Calls â Deliver excellent customer experience and apply effective sales behaviors throughout each interaction.
  • Consultative Selling â Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to support their business growth.
  • Issue Resolution â Resolve queries within our Scope of Support (SOS) or guide customers toward third-party or paid solutions when necessary.
  • Product Troubleshooting â Diagnose and resolve product issues during the first call to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics â Consistently achieve key targets such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
  • Interpersonal Excellence â Showcase strong communication skills while multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

  • Sales or Customer Service Background â Preferably with experience in handling customer interactions or product/service sales.
  • Outgoing and People-Focused â Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong customer rapport with ease.
  • Problem-Solving Oriented â Capable of thinking quickly and delivering effective solutions to various customer issues.
  • Reliable and Committed â Shows strong dedication, consistency, and a responsible attitude toward work.
