Position overview

allnex is looking for a proactive professional to join the GBS Procurement team as a Indirect Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing indirect purchasing activities in alignment with established guidelines and procedures. This role ensures smooth procurement operations by managing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and providing first-line support for procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and update info records and source lists in ERP.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on status.
• Provide issue handling and user support.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers.
• Control invoices and resolve deviations.
• Maintain databases and prepare procurement reports/KPIs.
• Support supplier and catalog enablement for Ariba Guided Buying.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks and process improvements.
• Develop and communicate training materials; deliver training when needed.
• Participate in testing activities as required.

Required skills and experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools, provide support to stakeholders with a hands-on attitude
• Able to demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
• Ability to approach tasks in an organized, structured, and accurate manner with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
