- 以客戶至上的態度驅動銷售
- 基本電腦技能（例如 Excel、Sql Accounting）
- 迎接並協助展場內的上門顧客。
- 了解客戶需求，提供各類門產品的專業建議。
- 清晰自信地解釋產品特性、材料、定價和安裝過程。
- 根據客戶要求準備並提供報價。
- 準確處理和驗證銷售訂單，確保所有細節正確無誤。
- 深入了解公司所有門產品，包括材料、規格、設計和安裝方法。
- 與現有客戶保持定期聯繫，以確保滿意度並發現新的商機。
- 跟進潛在客戶，將其轉化為成功的銷售。
- 與安裝團隊協調，確保及時順利地交付和安裝。
- 協助及時解決客戶投訴或問題，以維持較高的客戶滿意度。
- 實現每月和每季的個人和團隊銷售目標。
- 準備並提交每日/每週銷售報告和客戶跟進日誌。
- 維護商店的清潔和健康安全措施。
