Industrial Engineering Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

Why this role?

As an Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our inspection and maintenance operations. By managing tasks, monitoring productivity, coordinating documentation, and supporting Qualified Personnel (QPs), you’ll contribute directly to safety, regulatory excellence, and operational performance.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for:

• Task Coordination & Documentation
• Creating new inspection tasks in Caction based on QP schedules.
• Assisting in QP site allocation and updating assignment statuses.
• Managing document control for maintenance takeovers and license renewals.
  
  

• Regulatory Support
• Drafting and submitting official communications to JKKP (e.g., license termination letters).
• Applying for license updates and renewals via MySKUD.
  
  

• Productivity Monitoring
• Tracking QP performance (e.g., PEKALA & Comprehensive Inspections) and compiling monthly productivity and findings reports.
  
  

• System & Subscription Management
• Overseeing the Caction and MALEA subscription process (quotation, PR/PO creation, vendor coordination).
• Performing monthly data updates in Caction (e.g., PMA numbers, CF expiry dates).
  
  

• Customer & QP Support
• Assisting internal and external stakeholders with MyKKP/Caction issues and general information requests.
  

Are you the one?

• Hold a degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in industrial operations and regulatory compliance are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Have a keen eye for compliance and attention to detail.
• Are familiar with regulatory systems such as MySKUD and MyKKP (an added advantage, but not mandatory).
• Enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and QPs.
• Can manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities effectively.
