Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Learn about the daily operation tasks of SAP Business Objects team:
- perform daily server health check
- handle permission service request tasks
- handle incident ticket
- Investigate on the failed recurring reports and contact user to provide necessary guidance
- Self-Learning: Concept of Dive Denodo and basic SQL Server & Oracle SQL
- Participate in meetings
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Good at analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills and a proactive team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
