Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
  • 1 undefined positions available.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining CMC’s Microsoft AD, MS 365 environment.
  • Deliver support for the company's internal users.
  • Perform IT functions as assigned by the company.
  • Responsibilities include administration, planning, patching, secure and troubleshoot issues relate to MS AD, MS 365 application suite and server systems within the organization’s IT environment.
  • Manage Windows servers and technology tools
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Identify all errors and issue on the existing infrastructure to ensure the system infrastructure are optimized.
  • Firmware or system upgrade or update.
