What's the role?
We are looking for an Innovation & Process Manager to join the Global Strategic Marketing Team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll focus on driving innovation and process excellence by identifying new technologies, fostering collaboration across teams and suppliers, and managing key business processes.
What You'll do
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the global team at our headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, as well as with regional teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
Continuously monitor the market and internal environment to identify new innovations and technologies from suppliers, regions, Competence Centers, Business Units, and Global Process Managers. Evaluate their feasibility, business alignment, and ROI.
Support CPOs/POs in integrating innovation into the delivery of defined objectives and results.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, market organizations, and Competence Centers to foster collaboration and ensure a steady flow of innovative ideas.
Monitor the performance of implemented innovations with CPOs/POs, ensuring desired outcomes and providing feedback for continuous improvement or decommissioning.
Regularly benchmark solution usage against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
In close collaboration with the Global Business Process Excellence Manager manage the Global Process Management community, drive governance for process modeling and documentation, and enable the Market Reach Process Organization to build and scale strategic marketing processes.
Build and maintain process landscapes, covering areas such as account development, pricing, order management, lifecycle management, large projects, engineering services, and enabling processes.
Strengthen business acumen of technical team members, facilitate exchange between Hilti Asia in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia, global teams and region A2.
Support KL-based team leaders in initiatives to strengthen KL teams.
What You’ll Bring
Min 5 years of experience in market reach related functions.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable impact across business processes and outcome.
Strong process-oriented mindset, with a focus on operational efficiency and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
Advanced ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships, driving alignment and engagement across diverse teams, organizational levels, and external partners.
