What You Will Do
- Manage the status and schedule of all customer orders, returns, complaints and requests
- Collaborate with intercompany departments to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved to completion
- Ensure accuracy of data and requirements in SAP
- Manage execution, requirements and maintenance of customer programs
- Issue quotations and follow-up on status
- Prepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication with customers
- Maintain integrity of customer portals
- Prepare order, RMA and forecast status reports
- Backup Account/Sales Managers during Travel
- 3+ years in a customer-facing service or sales support role
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding communicator
- Bachelors Degree in Business
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Experience building strong customer relationships
