Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. In this role, you will also leverage your sales expertise and customer relationship management skills to drive sales growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the journey of our dental services and solutions.


Requirements

  • Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality using Salesforce
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Converting leads into opportunities, particularly focusing on the international market.
  • Successfully booking customers for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery.
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high conversion rates from leads to clinic show-ups.
  • Proactively identifying leads and converting them into opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building strategies
  • Providing expert guidance to customers regarding dental solutions, ensuring they understand our offerings and how they meet their needs.
  • Encouraging customers to share pictures of their teeth to better understand their needs and facilitate effective consultations.
  • Following up with leads and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback to inform future product offerings and service enhancements.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and advancements in dental technology to provide knowledgeable insights to customers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in these languages
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle various customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of dental practices and products is highly desirable.
