Job Description
- Lead the deployment and management of intelligent automation and AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement appropriate technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and automation trends to integrate into operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
A successful Intelligent Automation & AI Operations Lead should have:
- Strong knowledge of intelligent automation and AI technologies.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions at scale
- Proven track record of managing and supporting a critical service, ensuring high service availability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous operational excellence.
- Understanding Agentic AI capabilities, architecture, and governance principles.
- UiPath Certification is a plus (RPA associate / Advanced RPA Developer).
- ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Competitive annual salary between MYR 180,000 and MYR 240,000.
