The Role:
As the Interior Sales Designer at The Makeover Guys, you will combine sales and interior design expertise to deliver makeover solutions that maximise both lifestyle and property returns. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners and provide strategic solutions for their properties. You are key in building and nurturing a community of happy customers who believe in what we believe. What You’ll Do:
1. Educate the homeowners on the importance to makeover their unit
2. Understand the client’s needs and lifestyle, and provide solutions based on our services
3. Provide strategic solutions to increase the rentability of the customer’s unit
4. Prepare moodboards, cost estimates, quotations, and drawings for your projects
5. Conduct site visits, unit styling and supervision for quality control
6. Source for furniture, decorations, and related product(s)
7. Manage client expectations in terms of the design and makeover strategy
Who You Are:
1. Background in interior design, interior architecture, or other artistic disciplines
2. Client servicing experience preferred!
3. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus!
4. Commitment and passion for interior design
5. Have your own car
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Business Unit Manager and Project Manager.
