Job Description

• Assist in managing HR-related documentation and process improvements.

• Support HR engagement events and activities for Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.

• Assist in preparing communication materials, announcements, and HR updates.

• Prepare simple reports or summaries for HRBP review.

• Help gather feedback or data for HRBP initiatives.

• Support HRBP in ongoing HR projects, including SCM workshop, walk-in interviews (local contract workers), performance form, etc.

Learning Opportunities

• Exposure to real HRBP work in a large SCM environment.

• Understanding of workforce planning, employee relations, and HR processes.

• Hands-on experience managing HR trackers and data.
