Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeriesand pantry are restocked weekly.
  • Able to assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers, locksmith, pest control servrviceetc. depending on needs and occasions.
  • Assist with ordering courier servrvices when needed. Able to differentiate different purposesfor multiple courier servrvices.
  • Assist with monitoring the office janitors and making sure the office is in a springcondition.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders to finance whenever needed.
  • Assist with flights and accommodations booking for the management and authorizedemployees. Keep a tracking of the data and ensure that all bookings are tally with the company’s budget.
  • Assist with management claims and submission to HR. Must ensure all details and inputare correct before submitting.
  • Ordering name card for the ZUS Coffee employees. Ensuring that the job title and positionrequested is tally with the offer letter.
  • Usher guests at office to waiting area, and liaise with the internal staff whenever necessary.
  • Report to superior daily or weekly whenever needed regarding updates on the given tasks.
  • Assist with any other tasks requested by the superior or management whenever needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma holder or Bachelor’s ’s Degreree holder.
  • Professional communication skills and writing skills.
  • Can work well in a team.
  • Can effortlessly and independently adopt the fast-paced mindset.
  • Can communicate te effectively with the team members, superiors, operations support and the organization.
