As an Intern - Compliance Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and adherence to our internal and external regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in assessing the compliance of employee reimbursement activities, contributing directly to our commitment to ethical and transparent operations.
The OpportunityYou are responsible for assessing compliance of employee reimbursement activities in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.
You clearly document all compliance assessment (i.e. assessment results) activities in Concur during claim processing.
You perform other relevant support activities as and when required (e.g., support in validating/performing data analysis/testing which contributes to the reporting to affiliates/Compliance Projects).
You escalate issues to superior/RSS Line Manager (where required).
You engage in networking with colleagues from other business functions when required.
You support the team in performing operational activities and are involved in identifying/implementing improvement opportunities within the current operational process.
You are an undergraduate student from a reputable university in a relevant field of study (Prefer business, law, or finance related major).
You have consistently achieved strong academic performance (minimally CGPA 3.0 or equivalent).
You are available for a minimum period of 6 months.
You have a good command of spoken and written English and other language competencies (such as Thai/Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/Burmese/Mandarin).
You are proactive at work and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You possess strong analytical skills and great attention to details.
You are able to challenge the status quo with skepticism and are passionate about process validation/improvement.
You possess strong communication skills and a good record of extra-curricular activities.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to work in a team effectively, and deliver on commitment.
