- Help employees solve hardware and software problems.
- Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and keeping systems running smoothly.
- Help monitor and maintain our internal network infrastructure.
- Handle basic IT helpdesk requests.
- Help manage our IT equipment.
- Work with the IT team to solve problems and improve systems.
- Assist with IT projects.
Qualification And Experiences
- Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows & macOS).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new things.
