Intern - Marketing

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Assist to implement National campaigns, Launches and Outlet Openings.
• Co-ordinate end to end POSMs for assigned campaign from concept to final artwork and delivery to outlets.
• Co-ordinate A&P deliverables for Digital Menu, Poster Boards and Mobile App implementation components for Outlets.
• Liaison and co-ordination with Mall Management and 3rd Parties for Advertising, Promotions and Communications deliverables.
• Provide assistance in coordinating marketing and opening events.
• Assist in social media management and co-ordinations with agencies.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time and be responsive to any ad hoc tasks.
  
  Exposure & Learnings
• A & P and Promotions plans and budget formulations.
• National Campaigns execution from formulation to launches.
• Daily marketing administration.
• Marketing campaign reporting.
• Social Media management

Criteria for Selection:

• Internship Candidates in pursuance of tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or its equivalent.
• Able to converse in English and BM, both written and spoken.
• Possess strong determination, eager to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in printing, digital, social media, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will be added an advantage.
• High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Possess own transport, willing to work in Subang Jaya.
