YOUR ROLE

• Align and standardize Dage recipes across all equipment and production lines according to specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to explore and implement permanent solutions, such as maintaining “vacuum on always” during Dage operation.
• Assist in generating Nexiv recipes focused on wire bond (WB) parameters.
• Support the generation of SPC reports, application of CLM limits, and JF-Cpk analysis in collaboration with Process Engineering.
• Contribute to the implementation of new CCM software.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor Degree: Mathematics, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Applied Science / Physics , or any related field.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
