YOUR ROLE
- Align and standardize Dage recipes across all equipment and production lines according to specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to explore and implement permanent solutions, such as maintaining “vacuum on always” during Dage operation.
- Assist in generating Nexiv recipes focused on wire bond (WB) parameters.
- Support the generation of SPC reports, application of CLM limits, and JF-Cpk analysis in collaboration with Process Engineering.
- Contribute to the implementation of new CCM software.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor Degree: Mathematics, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Applied Science / Physics , or any related field.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
