A Day In The Life

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews. Your organizational skills will shine as you ensure smooth communication and logistics.
• Step into the world of volume hiring events. With your guidance, candidates will navigate the process seamlessly, from document uploads to Workday profiles to essential administrative support.
• Gear up for career fairs! Represent our company with pride and passion as you showcase why we're the employer of choice in the industry.
• Engage in lively discussions with your team members to brainstorm and implement improvements to our recruitment processes. Your fresh perspective and innovative ideas will be welcomed with open arms.
• Take charge of maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) or a recent graduate.
