Intern will be supporting the administrative role for Order Management & Shipping Documentation
Main Accountabilities
- Daily Administration task ie data key into systems on timely basis
- Filing related documents
- Exposure to relevant stake holder for improvement projects minimum 1 with presentation
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Duration of internship : 4 - 12 months
- Analytics & Insights with business stakeholders to support operations needs, functional departments, etc.
- Technology & Digitalization Integration - to get exposure on internal systems
- Basic Project Management - to drive process improvement
- Data Management - Accuracy and Integrity of how raw data is captured and interpreted
- Courage to relate with Stakeholder Engagement & management to achieve business goals
- SWI & Internal procedures to adhere to standards
- Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Adhere compliance to Bunge policy to safety & ethics
