YOUR ROLE
- Assist engineers in monitoring and collecting data related to parallelism activities to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
- Support engineers in jig setup, calibration, and maintenance activities aimed at optimizing production productivity and minimizing downtime.
- Assist in gathering and organizing test data for reliability samples to support product qualification and long-term performance assessment.
- Perform first-level analysis of anomalous lots, including techniques such as X-ray inspection and reject verification, to identify potential failure modes.
- Collaborate with engineers during debugging activities by providing data collection, preliminary analysis, and documentation support to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- To assist process engineer analyze VM yield loss data, identify defect patterns, root causes, and process bottlenecks. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce VM losses.
- To work closely with assy and finishing engineering, CPM, and manufacturing teams to address VM-related yield loss issues and integrate solutions into the production line.
- To improve and ensure optimal test setup to minimize VM defects and improve overall yield.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
Basic knowledge on electrical and electronic principles, including circuit theory and device operation.
Proficiency in C++ programming
Experience with measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters - Good communication skill for collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams
Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
