Our cient is a large Shared Service Centre based in KL, operating within the industrial and manufacturing industry. The company is known for its strong presence in the market and its commitment to excellence in its operations and services.
Job Description
Your main job duties will include;
- Manage and conduct distributor and customer audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures tailored to business needs.
- Analyze financial data and audit findings to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address audit issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure transparency and trust.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
A Successful Internal Audit Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of audit processes and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
