Job Description
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of audit engagements under the direction of senior team members.
- Assist with process walkthroughs, control evaluations, and identification of potential risk areas.
- Support the development of clear, well-structured audit findings and recommendations.
- Aid in building data analytics tools to identify irregularities and enhance risk analysis.
- Contribute to the refinement of audit practices and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field.
- Brings 5-7 years of experience in internal or external auditing, or a comparable area.
- Knowledgeable in SAP systems and motivated to gain experience with process mining tools.
- Comfortable using basic audit and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, Spanish, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willing and able to travel extensively, up to 50%-80%, for audit engagements.
