Board Registration & Compliance
- Assist in the handling of REN Tags, branches licenses, PEA applications, and other documentation related to board registration and management compliance with industrial laws.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.
- Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.
- Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.
- Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.
- Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented.
- Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 months of internship period, preferable 6 months of internship
