Responsibility
- Possess Basic numeric, financial and computer skills
- Assists general administrative work such as data entry, filing, and photocopy documentation.
- Assist in maintaining company filing system.
- Assist in maintaining daily operations of accounts assigned- issuing payment, data entry, monthly accounts, billing, payment, bank and other accounting work
- Assist in general accounting and purchasing month end closing procedures.
- Other cross-functional tasks as assigned or when requested.
- On-the-job training will be provided to successful candidate.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting /Business Studies/Administration/Management
- Prefer Mandarin speaker will an added advantage
