Job Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support in handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Help in organizing and maintaining company records and databases
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and office activities
- Provide general support to office staff and management team
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree student in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
- Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)
- Exposure to office administration in construction industry
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily business operations
