- Support the Compliance Section in fostering a ‘compliance aware’ culture across the organization.
- Contribute to the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance training and awareness programs.
- Assist with name screening, ongoing due diligence and transaction monitoring.
- Support client screening, transaction monitoring, and alerts, identifying suspicious activities and potential risks.
- Help in managing all AML-related tasks, including supporting regulatory audits and inspections.
- Provide support in identifying, managing, and mitigating AML compliance risks.
- Assist in liaising with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct name screenings for existing clients.
- Assist in compiling detailed documentation and supporting rationale for the closure or escalation of transaction alerts.
- Work collaboratively with the team to address transaction alerts.
- Assist the Designated Compliance Officer in addressing AML/CFT matters across various departments.
- Undertake other AML-related tasks as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Economics, Business, Law, Bor equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
