Job Responsibility
- Assist the Account Manager with daily accounting tasks and paperwork.
- Organize and arrange invoices for processing and filing.
- Key in financial data and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Support in reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
- Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.
- Ensure documents are properly filed and accessible for audits.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles will be added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willing to learn and assist in various accounting tasks.
- Hands-on experience in accounting and financial documentation.
- Exposure to real-world accounting processes and procedures.
- Internship certificate upon completion.
- Opportunity to learn from experienced accounting professionals.
