Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare and update business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support data entry, record management, and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
- Conduct basic research and compile information for projects.
- Help in tracking and monitoring business performance indicators.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
